Return Policy
We do not offer refunds on our products. Please contact us via email at contact@shebysheree.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide you store credit in exchange for your return. Returns must be approved. Return shipping at the buyer's expense.
If you received your order and it is damaged, please email us at contact@shebysheree.com. You will receive return instructions, keep in mind that only unworn items in the original packaging and tags attached will be accepted for exchanges.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
The following is a list of items that are ineligible for returns:
- -Items that are opened or used
- -Items that have been returned before
- -Items that have been customized or personalized
THE ITEM MUST BE NEW, NEVER WORN, UNALTERED, TAGS ATTACHED AND FREE OF ANY FRAGRANCES OR SMELLS.
Special Orders, Limited Edition Items, and Sale items cannot be returned, and are final sale -- no exceptions.
